1. Service Delivery Policy (Shipping)

Raj Consultancy provides digital cybersecurity services and deliverables only. No physical products are shipped.

  • Upon engagement, all deliverables (e.g., reports, dashboards, configurations, scripts) are shared via secure digital channels such as email, secure cloud links, or encrypted file transfers.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on service scope and will be defined in the signed agreement or proposal.
  • All services are custom-tailored; no instant or automated delivery applies.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our consulting and digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

However, we prioritize client satisfaction and offer the following:

  • Review Period: You may request revisions or clarifications within 7 days of receiving a deliverable.
  • Refund Eligibility: In rare cases where services were not delivered at all due to internal fault, a partial or full refund may be considered, subject to management approval.

Refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Client delay or non-cooperation
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Misuse or misapplication of the deliverables
  • Failure to act on provided security recommendations

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services before the start date for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
  • Once project execution begins, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
